RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not provide any returns/refunds on our products. The product will be eligible for an exchange as per the following criteria:

• The product is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 5 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
• Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for exchange.
• Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return.
If your purchase meets the above-mentioned criteria, to initiate an exchange, please contact us at mugasabymg@gmail.com.
For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
Once we’ve received your exchange request, our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:
• Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
• Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
• In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, we will process a refund after full investigation of the matter.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are Non-refundable or redeemable in cash/ credit. It cannot be replaced if the gift card code is lost/ deleted by the receiver.

The value of the card can be redeemed multiple times until the gift card value has exhausted. If the value of the order is higher than the gift card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer to Mugasa during check-out. In cases where the products redeemed is of value lower than the gift card value, the balance remains in the gift card and can be redeemed later.
Mugasa reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
