SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY

At Mugasa, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle your orders.

Processing Time

        •       Orders are confirmed within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
        •       You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Dispatch Time

Domestic and International: dispatch in 7-10 business days.

Shipping Methods

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Custom duties & taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.

In case of non-delivery, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

Payments

We accept payments though Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Wallets. All transactions are securely processed. Your order will be confirmed once the payment is received.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), you can enter your pincode to check if this service is available for your location.
